REASON

• Machine is oiling forward and the LDS distance is less than 50 feet, and the fail-safe signal is not recognized.   

ERROR IS TRIGGERED WHEN THE MACHINE IS IN OPERATION

• Fail-safe is dirty
• Fail-safe switch is not connected at terminal block
• Damaged White/Orange wire to input 23
• Fail-safe switch is damaged
