REASON

• The machine is approaching the lane but the time limit for this operation has been reached. The current timeout for this operation is 10 seconds. 
• The machine is moving on the lane and the LDS distance is greater than 4 feet and the OLS error has been triggered.

ERROR HAS BEEN TRIGGERED BUT THE MACHINE MOVING CORRECTLY

• OLS is not properly adjusted 
• Yellow/Orange wire at the terminal block is broke
• OLS sensor is bad
• LDS shaft is in a bind
• OLS is not wired to input 6 
• Input 6 on the input board has failed
