REASON

• The machine is on the lane and traveling in reverse and the LDS distance is less than 0.5 feet and the OLS error has been triggered. 

ERROR HAS BEEN TRIGGERED BUT THE MACHINE MOVING CORRECTLY

• OLS is not properly adjusted 
• Yellow/Orange wire at the terminal block is broke
• OLS sensor is bad
• LDS shaft is in a bind
• OLS is not wired to input 6 
• Input 6 on the input board has  failed
