REASON

• Machine is traveling in reverse, but the LDS distance is not advancing for more than 1 second.     

THE MACHINE IS MOVING CORRECTLY BUT IS TRIGGERED

• LDS sensor is not properly adjusted, or is loose
• Loose or missing set screw on timing disk for the LDS
• LDS shaft is in a bind
• Broken White/Pink wire to input 28
• LDS sensor is bad
