It is a good idea to replace all the wear and tear items on the lane machine prior to the season staring up. This will give you consistency in your lane pattern throughout the league season.  This will also prolong the life of the lane machine.

Replace the buffer brush assembly (164-8001A) along with the transfer brush (164-0866). Replace the buffer belt (164-9019) and transfer roller belt (154-9203) at this time.

Replace the squeegee blades and adjust. (164-8038K)

Replace the Cushion Roller assembly. (164-8839)

Replace the Norprene tubing in the cleaner pump assembly. (154-0861B)

Replace the waste tank filter (164-8017F) and gasket (158-0405).

Empty the cleaner tank and oil tank assemblies. Remove the filters from the tanks and flush out the tanks with hot water. Replace the filters with new ones. Cleaner tank filter (151-0212B) and the oil tank filter (154-0212).

After servicing the lane machine, go through and check all of your adjustments including the oil and cleaner calibration. Run a few lanes in both your normal house pattern and in clean only mode to verify that your lane machine is operating correctly.
