Remove the guards from both sides of the lane machine to clean and inspect the motor and sensor shaft. Inspect the buffer belt and the tension.

Oil the buffer belt idler pulley.

Check and inspect the head belts and oil both of the head bars.

Clean and inspect the conditioner compartment.

Clean the transfer brush assembly by using your hand to loosen up any dirt that may have lodged into the brush. Take an air compressor and blow out any dirt or debris from the transfer brush.  Turn the buffer brush on, be prepared as dirt will fly!

Check balancing of drive motors & lane to lane adjustments.
