- Machine is oiling forward and the LDS distance is greater than 3 feet and the upper switch of the brush is engaged.
- Machine is oiling in reverse and the LDS distance is less than the pattern reverse drop brush distance and the upper switch of the brush is engaged.
BRUSH LIFT MOTOR RUNS, BUT THE DOWN SWITCH FAILED TO ACTIVATE
- Brush down switch faulty
- Brush up switch faulty
- Possible broken wire
- Loose connection in the Yellow 24Vdc wire
- Loose connection in the Violet/Yellow wire that connect to input 18
- Loose set screw on motor cam
BRUSH LIFT MOTOR DOES NOT RUN
- Fuse is blown (3.25A)
- Fuse holder is defective
- Bad connection to motor
- White/Black wire broken from relay output
- Output CR-3 failed
- Motor has failed
