REASON

Machine is oiling forward and the LDS distance is greater than 3 feet and the upper switch of the brush is engaged.
Machine is oiling in reverse and the LDS distance is less than the pattern reverse drop brush distance and the upper switch of the brush is engaged.

Problem	Possible Causes
The brush lift motor runs, but the down switch failed to operate.	Brush down switch faulty Brush up switch faulty Possible broken wire Loose connection in either the yellow 24Vdc wire or the Violet/Yellow wire that connects to input 18 Loose set screw on motor cam
Brush lift motor does not run.	Fuse is blown (3.2A) HOW TO CHECK Fuse holder is bad Bad connection to motor White/Black wire broken from relay output Output CR-3 failed Motor has failed
