REASON

• The machine is applying cleaner and the LDS distance is greater than 1 foot and the  squeegee up switch signal is activated. 

THE SQUEEGEE MOTOR RUNS BUT THE DOWN SWITCH FAILED TO SEND A SIGNAL

• Check and inspect the switch
• Loose connection at the yellow 24Vdc wire
• Loose set screw on motor cam
• Broken black wire or loose connection to input 30
• The squeegee up switch is engaged

THE SQUEEGEE MOTOR DOES NOT RUN

• Fuse is blown (3.25A)
• Bad fuse holder
• Squeegee linkage is in a bind
• Relay CR-2 has failed
• Broken Blue/White wire
• Motor has failed
