With auto speed adjust you can dial in your drive motor speeds to match the correct inches per second or IPS. Tap on menu followed by Settings then Machine Settings. By tapping on the Drive Settings button, you will see that all 6 speeds are displayed on the screen. By turning on the Auto Speed feature, the machine will automatically adjust the motor on the pattern that is set to run next.

By setting this to ‘on’, and running in the background, the machine will always stay within in the operating perimeters.
