REASON          

  •      Either the 7-pin or 10-pin ADS did not receive a signal within 1 second of 7-pin or 10-pin approach motor starting. 

 

Problem

Possible Causes

7-pin & 10-pin approach motor runs but gives an error

  •      Proximity sensors are faulty or not properly adjusted
  •      Bad connection between sensors and input board
  •      The set screws on the kick up wheels or sprocket have become loose or fallen out
  •      Main drive chain to rear wheel is off
  •      Sensor target is loose or has fallen off

7-pin approach motor does not run

  •      Fuse is blown (7.5A) HOW TO CHECK
  •      Fuse holder is bad
  •      The secondary drive motor has failed
  •      The motor speed control board is faulty
  •      The motor is unplugged 
  •      Output CR-14 and CR-15 faulty

10-pin approach motor does not run

  •      Fuse is blown (7.5A)  HOW TO CHECK
  •      Fuse holder is bad.
  •      Primary drive motor has failed
  •      The motor speed control board is faulty
  •      The motor is unplugged
  •      Output CR-12 and CR-13 failed
