Specto is designed to cover up to 6 lanes. In order for it to work properly it needs to have minimal "blind spots". Blind spots are anything that would be an obstruction to the lidar sensor seeing the ball. The most common ones are construction pillars, scoring cameras, and masking units. The system can usually still be used with obstructions but may have less lanes of coverage.
The scoring cameras will affect the pin data on the outside pairs of lanes as the sensor will likely not have a clear path to the headpin.
