Dashboard

The Bowling Center Dashboard has a variety of tools and information. You can control what lanes will be on or off for Specto, view analytics, update your center information, or pay your annual fee. 

Accessing the Dashboard

When filling out the preinstall checklist the bowling center supplied an admin email address. This will be the email used to access the dashboard. No emails will be sent to this address, it is merely used to login to the dashboard. Use a password that all front desk employees will remember.

When logged into the dashboard on www.spectobowling.com they will be able to see the center dashboard by clicking on Centers

After selecting the center name you will have the ability to activate or de-activate Specto on each of the individual lanes. 

If the control personnel hands out lane 3 to the Specto customer, simply click the ‘On’ button for lane 3. Once the lane 3 Specto customer has completed his session, you may turn it off at the control desk, but it will still be actively open on the customers device until they log out.

Specto Analytics

In the dashboard there are also several different analytics available for the center.  You can see how many total users you have, total usage, and daily average. 

Center Information

In the center profile you can update the information that appears online by updating any of the categories there.  You can also find your IP address when you need it for calibration purposes

Center Payments

The last section in the my centers dashboard is the center payments.  There is a $495 annual fee that covers cloud maintenance and other system updates. 

You will receive automatic emails to the email registered during the preinstall set up.  There are also links to pay your invoice or download your receipt located in the dashboard.
