Maintenance

After the initial installation Specto needs very little ongoing maintenance.  Periodically clean the red lens on the sensor with a dry microfiber towel. 

Calibration Check - It is best practice to occasionally check the calibration.  Usually you will see bad data that would indicate the need for a calibration check but not always.

After damage to the guard or sensor it is always a good idea to check the calibration.  The sensor guard is designed to prevent contact with the sensor but if impact is hard enough it may tweek the guard assembly.
