ATLAS | BUFFER BRUSH UP

REASON

Machine is resetting the buffer brush position and more than 2 seconds have elapsed without having a signal from the brush up switch.

Problem	Possible Causes
The brush lift motor runs, but the up switch failed to operate.	Buffer up switch faulty Brush down switch faulty Possible broken wire Loose connection in either the yellow 24 Vdc wire or the Green/White wire that connects to input 22 Loose set screw on motor cam
Brush lift motor does not run.	Fuse is blown (3.2A) HOW TO CHECK Fuse holder is bad Bad connection to motor White/Black wire broken from relay output Output CR-3 failed Motor has failed
