Is Fatal

Describe how the Atlas perceives an error. When fatal, the Atlas will stop all current operations and reset every component. After resetting components, Atlas will proceed to idle state. 

Not Fatal

Describe how the Atlas perceives an error. When not fatal, the Atlas will not stop operations, but will send a notification to the screen and the rear led will turn red.
