ATLAS WALKER | BUFFER BRUSH UP

REASON         

  •       Machine is resetting the buffer brush position and more than 2 seconds have elapsed without having a signal from the brush up switch. 

 

BRUSH LIFT MOTOR RUNS, BUT THE DOWN SWITCH FAILED TO ACTIVATE

  • Brush up switch faulty
  • Brush down switch faulty
  • Possible broken wire
  • Loose connection in the Yellow 24Vdc wire
  • Loose connection in the Green/White wire that connects to input 22
  • Loose set screw on motor cam

BRUSH LIFT MOTOR DOES NOT RUN

  • Fuse is blown (3.25A)
  • Fuse holder is defective
  • Bad connection to motor
  • White/Black wire broken from relay output
  • Output CR-3 failed
  • Motor has failed
